Sublimation
Jersey
Sublimation puts the ink inside the fibre instead of on top. That is why it does not crack at the shoulder or lift at the collar after a season of washing. It also means we are not stuck with where a screen can reach, so the design can run over seams, down the sleeve and around the back.
Pants &
Full Sets
A jersey matched with shorts from somewhere else never quite matches. We cut the bottoms on the same pattern and print from the same file, so the colour on the sleeve is the colour on the leg.
Shorts, long pants, bibs and training tops. Order them together and it all comes as one job with one invoice.
DTF
Printing
Sublimation needs polyester. When you want cotton, like staff tees, hoodies or tote bags, DTF is the honest answer. Full colour on black fabric, soft enough that you forget it is there, and it holds up in the wash.
Good for small runs. Ten shirts is fine.
