Before you join
Do my old orders count?
They do. Join with the phone number you have ordered under before and your past jobs get matched, points and all.
Do points expire?
Only if the account goes quiet. Keep ordering, redeeming, or claiming your birthday reward and the clock restarts. If nothing happens for 6 months we close the balance, and we tell you 30 days before.
Why only after full payment?
So points cannot be used to pay off a balance you still owe. Once the job is settled, the full amount lands at once.
Is there a fee?
None. Joining is free and there is nothing to keep up.
